After some very busy and exhausting months, I desperately needed a holiday to stay sane … a horsey holiday, to be more precise. During those few days in the wonderful environment right in the middle of Germany with some very nice people and horses accompanying me, it was a pleasure to be outside (despite the heat) and enjoy the stunning landscape. I feel much revived and have picked up my creative escapism in Faunia … so stay tuned to meet another creature soon – Louis, the intellectual assistant of Mayor Miles Mulligan.
after my adventure in Middle-earth, I started working on my next Faunia-creature – highly motivated to sculpt a fun and unique three-headed-“teacher´s pet” t0 add to my fantasy-realm I really enjoy to spend time with.
That beast probably will keep me occupied a bit, so for you to have a good time while I “wrestle” with a clumsy & cute dragon, and to accompany the brilliant sunny weather, here´s a bit more of the botanic beauty I came across when travelling.
Spring is approaching, so I felt it would be the perfect time to start a new photo-series with those many bloomy blossomy impressions I captured on my wanderings through nature when travelling … most pics were taken in New Zealand (now THAT is surprising, eh ? 😉 ) and Sicily. Enjoy!
The nice and sunny weather convinced me that today would be a great day to post some more of those nice paths I discovered and followed when travelling to some of the most beautiful places one can imagine…to be honest: it makes me want to pack my backpack and rush to the airport, catch the next flight heading for Australia or Canada or Norway or…

Browsing through my travel pics, I noticed that I captured quite a few nice paths, so I will post some of them in a three-part-serie. I hope you enjoy them. They gave and give me an uplift, as the last days were quite unnerving for me, I started the week with a big bang walking full speed into the door and badly bashing up two toes. They are of an impressive swollen blue and my walk sure isn´t as elegant as it usually is, haha. And there are some other things that don´t work out as I would like them to, soooo let us enjoy some nice paths and dream of what lays beyond them!
